Documents you upload to Scribeo are stored securely and used solely to provide the signing service. Documents are accessible only to you and the signers you designate. We do not read, analyse, or share the contents of your documents with any third parties except as required to deliver the service (e.g. cloud storage providers).
Your data is stored using Google Firebase infrastructure, which provides industry-standard encryption at rest and in transit. We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your information against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.
We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to maintain your session and improve your experience. You can instruct your browser to refuse all cookies or to indicate when a cookie is being sent, though some features of the service may not function properly without them.
We use third-party services including Stripe for payment processing, Google Firebase for authentication and data storage, and Dropbox/Google Drive for optional file import. Each of these services has its own privacy policy and handles your data according to their respective terms. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these providers.
We retain your account information and documents for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal information and documents within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or compliance purposes.
